No matter which service you need, you’ll experience a relaxed and fun photography session. I will apply my whole life experience to bring out the best in your pictures. The first step for us to create something beautiful together is for you to get in touch! Terms and Conditions
- Selection of images is made by the photographer.
- Images are for personal use. “Personal Use” includes, but is not limited to, use (i) of photos on Client’s personal social media pages or profiles; (ii) in Client’s personal creations, such as scrapbooks, albums or personal gifts; (iii) in non-commercial physical display; and (iv) in personal communications, such as family newsletter, email, or holiday card. Any other use of the images requires Photographer’s prior consent.
- The images cannot be re-edited/changed/processed without the consent of the photographer. The customer agrees with the concrete content of the services, including photographic style. I have my own style, which is something between Light and Airy and Dark and Moody. By ordering services from me, you accept that the images will be edited in this style, unless otherwise agreed.
- The photographer's name must be given for all public use of the images, cf. section 43 a and section 3 of the Copyright Act. The images are for private, non-commercial use. For all use of images electronically (Facebook, personal website, own online albums etc.), as well as any photo in a newspaper/online newspaper, the photographer must be credited.
- The customer is responsible for obtaining permits that are necessary for the execution of the work, including permits for the location of photography, consent from persons to be photographed, consent from persons who have rights to objects to be photographed, etc.
- The advance paid is not refunded if the customer cancels the assignment.
- The photographer reserves the right to publish photos from the assignment on the website, social media and other marketing material, including participation in any competitions.

Vilkår og betingelser
- Utvalg av bilder for levering av oppdraget foretas av fotografen.
- Bildene kan benyttes til privat bruk. All annen bruk krever tillatelse fra fotografen. Bilden kan ikke videreselges, lånes ut eller lisensieres til tredjepart uten tillatelse fra fotografen.
- Bildene kan ikke endres/bearbeides uten samtykke fra fotografen. Kunden er inneforstått med tjenestenes konkrete innhold, herunder fotografisk stil. Jeg har en egen stil, som er noe mellom Light and Airy og Dark and Moody. Ved å bestille tjenester av meg, aksepterer man at bildene blir redigert i denne stilen, med mindre noe annet er avtalt.
- Fotografens navn skal oppgis ved all offentlig bruk av bildene, jfr. åndsverklovens paragraf43 a og paragraf 3. Bildene er for privat, ikke-kommersiell, bruk. Ved all bruk av bilder elektronisk (Facebook, personlig nettside, egne nettalbum o.l.), samt eventuelt bilde i avis/nettavis, skal fotografen krediteres.
- Kunden er ansvarlig for å innhente tillatelser som er nødvendig for utførelse av arbeidet, herunder tillatelser til fotograferingssted, samtykke fra personer som skal avbildes, samtykke fra personer som har rettigheter til gjenstander som skal avfotograferes m.m.
- Innbetalt forskudd refunderes ikke dersom kunden avbestiller oppdraget.
- Katyaskamera forbeholder seg retten til å publisere bilder fra oppdraget på sin webside, sosiale medier og annet markedsføringsmateriale, inkludert deltakelse i evt konkurranser.
Med å engasjere Katyaskamera sier du deg enig i disse betingelsene.
